Culture Shifting Weekend 2022 es un evento anual exclusivo de Culture Shift Labs; una consultoría de gestión de la diversidad y la innovación establecida en 2006.

He participated and contributed: his vision, his experience and his plans, today we can say that it was a fantastic moment that allows us today to participate in the global ecosystem of Culture Shift Labs.
Culture Shifting Weekend 2022 is an annual event exclusive to Culture Shift Labs; a diversity and innovation management consultancy established in 2006.
Culture Shifting is an annual series of invitation-only Deal Making Summits held in Silicon Valley, New York, Miami and London. These are the only Summits of their kind in the United States bringing together more than 200 Black and Latino tech executives, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, and social impact leaders to enable deals, collaborations, and wealth creation (this is their mission). In the last 8 years, results estimated at more than $ 1B dollars have been presented that reached the hands of entrepreneurs, executives, fund managers and non-profit organizations.
Each coast has a different format. Silicon Valley is the largest gathering of black leaders in technology, innovation, and social impact to reduce the inequality gap in entrepreneurship, on corporate boards, in technology, and in C-suite. Silicon Valley is the largest gathering of black and Latino venture capitalists to reduce the inequality gap in this sector. Miami and London are hybrids of the two.
