To assign staff members to a headquarter, each member must be previously created within MANAGER CHECK IN / OUT user group.
This user group is created within Joomla permission structure and is the only group authorized to perform the check in/out of another user.
IMPORTANT: All staff users who have MANAGER CHECK IN / OUT permissions, will automatically appear as part of the staff list.
HOW TO DELEGATE A USER AS A HEADQUARTER MANAGER?
STEP 1: Click on “Headquarters” menu item.
STEP 2: Select user to be assigned
STEP 3: Select headquarter.
STEP 4: Click on “Save & Close”.
IMPORTANT: There may be as many users as you want to be assigned to a Headquarter. You must assign them a MANAGER CHECK IN / OUT permission
